Shipping Policy

Please review all order information (especially the shipping address) and contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed if any changes need to be made. If the order is delayed related to incorrect addresses, we are not responsible for the delay.

Live Lobster are Perishable and should be cooked the day of delivery! If you choose to hold them overnight, it is at your risk.

 

FedEx/UPS orders are released without a signature unless requested. If a signature is requested there will be a charge of $5.00 added to your order. Chase Lobster Co and FedEx will not be responsible for orders delivered to the requested address that are left unattended.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON PERISHABLE ITEMS.
 

If there is ANY problem with your PERISHABLE ITEM that wasn’t due to negligence, you must notify us via email, text or phone within 24 hours of delivery.
